Synopsis

This is the first episode of an animated series Aztrokitifk & Mario Show, based on a comic of the same name. The protagonists of the series are Aztrokitifk and Mario, a caramel cat and a voodoo doll, eager to conquer the planet.

Gianluca Lo Presti

Gianluca Lo Presti (1985) graduated at the CSC in Turin. Back to Milan, he deepens his knowledge in stop-motion: at the beginning of 2008 produces a TV pilot, Aztrokitifk & Mario. He collaborates with photographer Roberto Masotti, and teaches at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Brescia, the Bauer Centro di formazione professionale in Milan, and the IED in Milan and Venice.

Ivan Manuppelli

Ivan Manuppelli (1985) had his debut with several Italian artists (Bozzetto, Cavandoli, Bacilieri, Palumbo) and many American 60s and 70s underground stars, such as Bill Griffith and Frank Stack. His work appeared in Rolling Stone, Repubblica XL and Frigidaire. He was a founding member of Mamma Fotogramma Collective.
