Laura Gonçalves graduated in animation course from the Fine Arts Faculty, Lisbon, in 2009. She works for Sardinha em Lata Studio as an animator for many Portuguese animation directors: José Miguel Ribeiro, David Doutel, Vasco Sá, Marta Monteiro, Joana Toste, Joana Bartolomeu at Bando à Parte. In 2012 she completed an MA Degree in Animation at the Arts University College of Bournemouth.
