Eugene Kim is a Programmer of BIAF, Bucheon International Animation Festival. He studied Media Study, concentration in Film Interpretation at State University of New York at Buffalo in U.S. and Film Theory at Dongguk Graduate School in South Korea. He is currently a lecturer at the Department of Animation at the Korean Academy of Film Arts and was involved in the distribution and production of films A Monster in the Reservoir (2012) and Aksim (2014) respectively. He also writes for Animation Magazine in Korea.
