Po-Yen Wang was born in 1987, in Taipei, Taiwan. Currently based in New York City, USA. He received an MFA in New Media Art at Taipei National University of the Arts and is currently studying to obtain another MFA in Computer Art at School of Visual Arts in New York. His work focuses on the relation of images and sounds and varies from experimental animation to video installation. He made films To the Stranger who Meets Me in the Darkness (2015), The Voyage (In the End: The Beginning) (2014), Trick (2010).
