Synopsis

A herdswoman takes her cattle to highland pastures. As Katalena translates folksong motifs into contemporary music, the animation tweaks traditional Alpine iconography by taking a peculiar perspective on cows and the circle of life.a

Živa Moškrič

Živa  Moškrič works as an art director, animator and illustrator. In 2003 she completed her BA at Academy of Fine Arts in Ljubljana, and an MA in New Media at Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design in London in 2005. Over the last ten years she has worked in a variety of creative fields, including design, video, animation, fine art, puppets, book illustration and interactive.
